Here is the thing we are most proud of: everything runs right in your browser. When you compress an image, encode a string, or generate a barcode, your data never leaves your device. We do not have servers processing your files. We do not store anything. We do not track what you do.
That means the image you compress is not uploaded to a cloud somewhere. The password you generate is not saved in a database. The JSON you format is not logged. It all happens locally, on your machine, in milliseconds. We think this is how all online tools should work.
We use Google Analytics to understand which tools are most popular (so we know what to improve), but that is it. No creepy tracking, no personal data collection, no selling your information. We do not even have a database to store anything in.
We got tired of simple online tools that required signups, pushed premium plans, or uploaded your data to sketchy servers. We wanted a place where anyone could quickly do something useful — generate, convert, compress, format — without jumping through hoops.
